Job summary

Bulk Equipment Corp. is seeking an Asset Management professional to maintain and update maintenance programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with ISO standards. You will work with the Director of Asset Management and travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities include monitoring GPS/telematics, oil sample programs, DOT compliance, and ERP data integrity; you will develop reports and update PM schedules for assets and assist the sales team with quotes for rebuilds.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy off-highway equipment is a plus.
• Must be reliable and trustworthy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Proficient with AI, Outlook and Excel, and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update maintenance programs, policies and procedures.
• Update maintenance program KPIs and monitor GPS/telematics program.
• Monitor oil sample program.
• Ensure all components are entered correctly in the ERP system.
• Review PM schedule program for accuracy and update PMs for assets.
• Develop reports based on findings and opportunities for improvement.
• Review DOT compliance with service trucks.
• Travel to sites as needed and assist sales with scope of work quotes for equipment rebuilds.
• Assist site managers with technician training and ensure certificates are current.
• Assist GM of Maintenance in annual asset inspections and corrective actions.

Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with Director of Asset Management to maintain and update the company's maintenance programs, policies, and procedures
• Maintenance program based on ISO standards
• Maintain and update key performance indicators for the fleet
• Monitor GPS and Telematics program for the company
• Monitor oil sample program
• Ensure all components are entered correctly and maintained in the company's ERP system
• Review PM schedule program regularly for accuracy and update PMs for specific assets
• Develop reports based on findings, opportunities for improvement, and success stories
• Review DOT compliance with service trucks
• Manage title and license plate renewals and applications
• Manage over-the-road insurance cards and distribute accordingly ahead of expiration dates
• Be an expert in the ERP system and maintenance programs
• Travel to sites as needed (based on direction from GM of Maintenance or Director of Asset Management)
• Assist sales team as needed to ensure accuracy of scope of work and quotes for equipment rebuilds
• Attend and complete all OEM online and in-person training programs
• Assist site managers with technician's training, and make certain that certificates have not expired
• Assist GM of Maintenance in the completion of annual asset inspections
• Works with site management on the completion of corrective actions
