Southern Grace Landscape is seeking an experienced Maintenance Account Manager to lead the landscape maintenance division, ensure exceptional service delivery, and drive account growth across our client portfolio.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, client communication, and the ability to manage crews, scheduling, and expenditures while pursuing enhancement opportunities with existing clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, account management, or related supervisory role.
• Experience managing crews and overseeing multiple properties strongly preferred.
• Sales or upsell experience within landscape or service-based industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the landscape maintenance division across all properties.
• Develop and manage crew schedules to ensure efficient routing, timely service, and coverage.
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance crew leaders and field staff; conduct evaluations.
• Maintain client relationships; conduct property walkthroughs and quality inspections.
• Identify enhancement opportunities and present proposals for upsell projects.
• Coordinate with leadership on contracts, pricing adjustments, and service scope changes.
