Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience with 3+ years in Production Support or related Mainframe experience.
• Expert in JCL, COBOL, SQL, DB2, Eazytrieve, production support, and handling batch job failures.
• Associate Degree required

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations of the technology platform.
• Handle Production Support tasks: incident management, releases, operations readiness, capacity, monitoring, analytics, governance, triage, and change control.
• Identify production failure scenarios and create tickets; communicate with development and operations teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and maintain metrics to drive improvements across Production Services.
• Develop and refine administrative, operational, and technical policies and procedures.
• Own escalations and perform troubleshooting and analysis with advanced query and programming skills.
• Plan, install, design, and support new and existing equipment and software under moderate supervision.
• Resolve complex issues and provide feedback on BizChat.
