Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED; associate degree preferred is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs file transfers and Tier 1 support, handling inquiries by phone and email.
• Escalates issues to Technology management as appropriate.
• Maintains daily operations of Unisys mainframe per shift.
• Completes daily checklists and operational logs with attention to detail.
• Documents procedures and follows change control processes.
• Supports cross-functional teams and adheres to schedule availability.
