This non-exempt, full-time role requires logging activities, supporting other departments, and ensuring accurate output while advancing within the mainframe operations team; compensation reflects experience and level.

Qualifications

• Experience with mainframe operations or related IT roles.
• Ability to operate IBM mainframe equipment and assist during shifts.
• Strong attention to detail with minimal errors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee running of computer systems and ensure processes run properly.
• Operate computer and related devices.
• Maintain logs of work and errors.
• Upload/download data and reports for clients.
• Support other departments and cover Mail Room as needed.
