• Operate and maintain peripheral equipment (tape drives, hard drives, CD/DVD drives, printers, consoles).
• Provide Tier 1 support and escalate issues to Technology management as needed.
• Follow change control procedures and document procedures.
• Support risk management and compliance activities as required.
