Job summary

This role supports the Operations team, maintains logs, and collaborates with other departments to keep production on track. A high school diploma and 0–10 years experience depending on level; training provided.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience as a mainframe computer operator.
• High school graduate or equivalent education.
• Ability to work under supervision and maintain logs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the running of computer systems, ensuring processes run properly.
• Operate computer and related devices.
• Keep log of all work performed and errors encountered.
• Complete computer operation tasks during the assigned shift.
• Upload and download data and reports for clients.
• Operate all data processing equipment and ensure output accuracy.
• Maintain inventory of operations supplies for daily production.
• Provide assistance to other departments.
