Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Typically 6+ years of relevant work experience, with 2+ years in a similar lead role
• Proficiency in at least one software language and development methodologies
• Strong programming and debugging skills
• Experience in leadership or mentoring capacity
• Familiarity with software development practices and best practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Support a team of software engineers in the development of software products and solutions, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support.
