Job summary

AllPro Staffnet LLC is seeking an experienced Medicaid Service Coordinator to support MaineCare home care operations in Maine. The role focuses on coordinating Medicaid-funded personal care, managing caregiver schedules, recruitment, admissions, and ensuring timely service initiation with proper approvals.

You will liaise with families, members, and partner agencies, address staffing challenges, and maintain accurate documentation while helping grow home care access across Maine.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of direct, hands-on experience with Medicaid-funded home care services or HCBS.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Medicaid-funded personal care and personal support services within approved programs.
• Manage caregiver schedules, staffing assignments, and service coverage.
• Assist with caregiver recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and retention.
• Coordinate new member referrals, admissions, and timely service initiation after approvals.
• Maintain communication with members, families, caregivers, and service coordination teams.
• Respond promptly to staffing challenges, missed visits, and service interruptions.
• Coordinate agency services with MaineCare Section 19 and 96 requirements.
• Review service authorizations, hours, and applicable service plans.
• Monitor EVV, visit documentation, and scheduling accuracy.
• Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies and service-related concerns.
• Build relationships with SCAs, referral sources, and community partners.
