AllPro Staffnet LLC is seeking an experienced Medicaid Service Coordinator to support MaineCare home care operations in Maine. You will coordinate Medicaid-funded personal care, manage caregiver schedules, and ensure timely service initiation.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of hands-on Medicaid home care experience, familiarity with MaineCare Section 19/96, and strong organization and communication skills to build relationships with families and referral partners.

Formación

• At least 1 year of direct Medicaid-funded home care experience.
• Experience coordinating with caregivers and scheduling in Medicaid programs.
• Familiarity with service authorizations, documentation, and Medicaid program requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with computers, electronic documentation, and scheduling systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Medicaid-funded personal care and services within approved programs.
• Manage caregiver schedules, staffing, and service coverage.
• Assist with caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Coordinate new member referrals, admissions, and timely service initiation following required approvals.
• Maintain communication with members, families, caregivers, and service coordination teams.
• Respond promptly to staffing challenges, missed visits, and service interruptions.
• Coordinate agency services with MaineCare Section 19 and 96 requirements.
• Review service authorizations, approved hours, and applicable service plans.
• Monitor service utilization and address potential authorization or service interruptions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on referrals and ongoing service needs.
• Build positive relationships with SCAs, MaineCare referral sources, and community partners.
