AllPro Staffnet LLC is seeking a skilled Medicaid Service Coordinator to support our MaineCare home care operations in Maine. You will coordinate Medicaid-funded personal care, manage caregiver schedules, and ensure timely service initiation following approvals.

The role emphasizes building relationships with members, families, and referral partners while maintaining documentation and adhering to MaineCare Section 19/96 requirements. Strong EVV/software proficiency is valued.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of direct Medicaid-funded home care experience or HCBS/waiver programs.
• Experience with service coordination, caregiver scheduling, staffing, or client service management in a Medicaid-funded home care environment.
• Familiarity with service authorizations, documentation, and Medicaid program requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with computers, electronic documentation, and scheduling systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Medicaid-funded personal care and personal support services within approved programs.
• Manage caregiver schedules, staffing assignments, and service coverage.
• Assist with caregiver recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and retention.
• Coordinate new member referrals, admissions, and timely service initiation after approvals.
• Maintain communication with members, families, caregivers, and service coordination teams.
• Respond promptly to staffing challenges, missed visits, and service interruptions.
