Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Mailroom Specialist for the Springfield, OH area. The role is onsite and pays $16/hr. The shift is Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.

The candidate should be able to manage incoming mail, operate an OPEX mail machine, and scan hazard mail documents for processing by other departments. Required education is a High School Diploma or GED. Experience in a mailroom or clerical environment is a plus, with basic MS Office skills and strong communication, attention to detail,

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepping incoming electronic mail.
• Work with an OPEX mail machine.
• Prepare and scan hazard mail documents electronically for transfer to other departments for processing.
• Other tasks as assigned.
