Job summary

Adecco is assisting in Springfield, OH to fill a Mailroom Specialist onsite role. The position pays $16/hour and offers Mon-Fri 4pm–12:30am shifts. Onsite work location is required for candidates in or near Springfield, OH.

Responsibilities include prepping electronic mail, operating an OPEX mail machine, and preparing/scanning hazard mail documents for transfer to other departments. A high school diploma or GED is required, plus basic MS Office skills and strong attention to detail.

Pay rate: $16/hr.

Shift availability: Mon - Fri, 4pm - 1230am

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

• Prepping incoming electronic mail
• Work with an OPEX mail machine
• Prepare and scan hazard mail documents electronically for transfer to other departments for processing
• Other tasks as assigned

Education/Certification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
