JLL is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Mail & Reception in Seattle to lead the program vision, establish processes, and ensure service levels. You will partner with vendors, drive continuous improvement, and manage staffing to meet operating hours and client needs.

The role requires deep Facilities/Program Management experience, exceptional communication, and a track record of delivering innovative service delivery across multi-building environments.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years in Facilities Management or Program Management.
• Subject Matter Expert in mailroom and reception services across campus and remote environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence without direct authority.

• Set vision for the team and manage to KPIs.
• Lead staffing and vendor partnerships to deliver mail and reception services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligning with client goals.
• Drive process improvements and best practices in service delivery.
• Provide regular reporting to executives and program leadership.
