Responsibilities

• Mail & Package Operations: Receive, log, track, and deliver mail and packages, including routine mail runs throughout the building.
• Print Production: Review electronic files for readiness, print, bind, punch, assemble, laminate, and inspect finished materials for high quality.
• Equipment & Logistical Care: Perform basic routine upkeep on equipment, place service calls when needed, and manage inventory for SEI-owned fax machines.
• Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate daily activity logs for regular operational reporting.
