Job summary

Prime Health Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Mailroom Associate to support the operations team. You will prepare mailing packets, ensure correct postage, and mail items promptly while handling basic clerical tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

You will coordinate printer maintenance with vendors, assist with deliveries to the corporate office, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain accurate provider information and smooth mail throughput.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills.
• Works well in a team and collaborates with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare large quantities of correspondence packets and letters to be mailed within established timeframes.
• Ensure packets/letters have correct postage and are mailed per USPS guidelines.
• Operate and maintain commercial printers and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Coordinate printer repairs by contacting vendors when issues arise.
• Perform other related duties such as research, verification, and updating provider information.
