Job summary

Covius is seeking a reliable Mailroom/Shipping & Distribution associate in Palm Harbor, FL. The role handles all incoming and outgoing mail, ensures correct sending methods, and routes packages to the proper areas.

Tasks include scanning documents, prepping items, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic MS Office skills, and willingness to work overtime on occasion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No previous experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Intake and print barcodes for documents.
• Intake returned signed documents from clients.
• Intake all Client Prep orders and batch documents for processing.
• Print letters or cover pages for the post scanner and attach to batches.
• Maintain KPI metrics and manage error rates; overtime may be required.
