Job summary

Covius Services LLC in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking a non-exempt mailroom/shipping associate to manage outgoing mail, labeling, and keep shipping records accurate. You will prepare boxes, operate folding/stamping equipment, and coordinate with carriers.

The role requires basic Microsoft Office skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs. A High School diploma is preferred; shipping/mailroom experience helps.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping or mailroom operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepares all boxes for shipment and transfers items to new boxes.
• Hand sorts mail items and prepares packages for carrier mailing.
• Uses labeling software and prints labels, tracking numbers in internal systems.
• Runs mail folding and stamping machines and labels boxes for shipping.
• Maintains accurate shipping records and handles outbound shipments.
• Supports overtime/weekend work as needed.
