Qualifications

• 4+ years in mailroom or document processing, preferably in financial services.
• Experience leading a team and training Mailroom Associates.
• Experience handling customer payments with strong controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily mailroom operations and prioritize work to meet same-day processing deadlines.
• Train and coach mailroom staff on procedures and quality standards.
• Oversee receipt, opening, sorting, and logging of incoming mail and payments.
• Maintain dual control and ensure timely deposit or scanning of payments.
• Route time-sensitive legal notices to appropriate departments.
• Manage scanning, indexing, and accuracy checks in the document system.
• Handle outgoing mail, postage accounts, and shipments.
• Protect customer information per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Track daily volumes, SLAs, and propose process improvements.
• Update mailroom procedures and desk guides.
