Responsibilities

• Supervises employees engaged in providing services and information to customers.
• Responds to requests for informational materials and ensures inventory of materials.
• Prepares notices of statements and sends copies; reconciles billing discrepancies.
• Receives customers or visitors; answers calls; provides information or directs requests.
• Operates mail processing and information systems supporting daily activities.
