SPS North America is seeking a dedicated Mailroom Clerk in Santa Ana, CA. This role handles mail sorting, scanning, and delivery within a corporate mail workflow, manages supplies, and supports archive processes. Physical tasks include lifting up to 75 lbs and ongoing copy room stocking.

Responsibilities

• Mailroom sorting, scanning, and delivery of mail within the Deutsche Bank workflow.
• Ordering office supplies and stocking copy room.
• Inbound and outbound scanning of mail.
• Operate meter for sending regular and certified mail.
• Lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Unloading mail from FedEx, UPS, and FedEx Ground.
• Assist with archive boxes with Iron Mountain.
• Log inbound numbers on log sheets/excel.
• Other general office duties as needed.
