Job summary

Rollins, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Mail Services Specialist to support daily mailroom operations at our Atlanta Buckhead location.

You will handle inbound/outbound mail, coordinate internal deliveries, and assist with packaging and shipping tasks, providing friendly service to employees. Ideal candidates have a HS Diploma or equivalent and strong organizational skills, with comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Previous mailroom, shipping, logistics, facilities, or administrative support experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movement.

Responsibilities

• Sort, process, and distribute incoming mail and packages accurately and efficiently.
• Perform scheduled mail and package deliveries throughout corporate offices.
• Process outgoing shipments using approved carrier systems and procedures.
• Maintain chain-of-custody procedures for accountable mail and deliveries.
• Provide professional, timely support to employees regarding shipping, mailing, and package inquiries.
