Rollins, Inc. is seeking a Mail Services Specialist to support daily mailroom operations and to ensure accurate processing, delivery, and shipment of mail and packages at our Atlanta facilities.

You will interact with internal customers, carriers, and vendors, upholding high service standards in a fast-paced environment. The role involves handling mail, coordinating deliveries, using carrier platforms, and maintaining accuracy in tracking and inventory.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience in mailroom, shipping, logistics, facilities, or administrative support environments.
• Experience using carrier shipping software.
• Familiarity with package tracking and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Sort, process, and distribute incoming mail and packages accurately and efficiently.
• Perform scheduled mail and package deliveries throughout corporate offices.
• Process outgoing shipments using approved carrier systems and procedures.
• Provide professional, timely support to employees regarding shipping, mailing, and package inquiries.
