Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa seeks a Mailroom Specialist to manage non-production mail, parcels, and general logistics across a multi-building campus. You will handle intake, sorting, delivery to departments, and outbound shipping, while maintaining accuracy and security for sensitive documents.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in shipping & receiving, mailroom operations, corporate facilities, warehouse logistics, or a fast-paced manufacturing/R&D environment.
• Working knowledge of carrier shipping platforms (FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, DHL) and ERP systems (Oracle).
• Strong data entry accuracy and logging of inventory.
• Forklift certification strongly preferred; onsite training available if not certified.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; customer-facing mindset.
• Discretion with handling sensitive documents and high integrity.
• Ability to troubleshoot and adapt in a fast-growing environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills for concurrent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Unload courier deliveries and sort/process all incoming mail and parcels from major carriers.
• Deliver packages and office supplies to departments across multiple buildings.
• Assist with outgoing mail, labeling, weighing, and customs documentation.
• Maintain organized, secure, and stocked mailroom; track supplies and reorder as needed.
• Notify recipients of high-priority deliveries via Slack, email, or Jira.
• Collaborate with Workplace and Security teams on desk moves and secure mail handling.
