Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in shipping & receiving, mailroom operations, corporate facilities, warehouse logistics, or fast-paced environments.
• Working knowledge of carrier shipping platforms (FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, DHL).
• Experience with inventory/ERP systems (Oracle) and with Slack and JIRA.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy for logging inventory.
• Current forklift certification is preferred; ability to complete onsite training if not certified.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to collaborate with all departments.

Responsibilities

• Unload courier deliveries and interoffice mail from major carriers.
• Deliver packages, mail, and supplies to departments across multiple buildings.
• Assist with outgoing mail, proper packing, labeling, and customs docs.
• Maintain organized, secure, stocked mailroom; track supplies and reorder as needed.
• Notify recipients of high-priority or time-sensitive deliveries via Slack, email, or tickets.
• Collaborate with Workplace and Security teams on desk moves and secure mail handling.
