Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Mail Logistics Coordinator I to manage inbound and outbound mail, packages, and documents across a large corporate campus, ensuring timely distribution, accurate tracking, proper routing, and secure handling of mail and packages.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Distribute inbound USPS mail, express correspondence, packages, and internal documents.
  • Collect and transport outbound mail, packages, and correspondence to the Mail Center.
  • Scan and maintain accurate tracking and chain-of-custody records.
  • Sort, review, timestamp, and route incoming mail to the appropriate departments.
  • Research employee locations and reroute incorrectly addressed mail.
  • Process time-sensitive mailings, packages, supplies, and projects.
  • Assist employees with mail-related questions, supplies, and issues.
  • Maintain mailrooms and support campus-wide distribution activities.
  • Handle controlled forms and secured items while maintaining proper security procedures.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies when required.
  • Support document validation, indexing, assignment, and routing.
  • Assist with training new team members as needed.
