Oklahoma Department of Corrections is seeking a Mailroom Clerk at Chief James Smith Correctional Center. This on-site, full-time position handles mail processing, supplies, and customer information for internal and external inquiries.

Formación

• One year of experience in sales, public contact work, or mail handling.
• Four additional years in customer service, mail room ops or clerical work; or equivalent education/experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises staff and trains team.
• Responds to requests for informational materials and maintains inventory.
• Prepares notices and reconciles billing, issuing reminders.
• Maintains records, purchases materials, and manages displays.
• Answers phones, greets customers, and directs requests to the right service.
