State of Oklahoma's Department of Corrections seeks a Correctional Case Manager at Chief James Smith Correctional Center for a full-time, on-site role. This Regular position involves routine social casework and offender classification to support re-entry into the community.

You will interview offenders, assess risks and needs, prepare reports, coordinate with partners, and help develop transition plans and services. Salary levels I–III are fixed and non-negotiable.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in correctional settings preferred or substitution with education hours.

Responsabilidades

• Uses interview techniques and assessments to determine risks and needs.
• Reviews offender records to determine progress and classification.
• Advices offenders on personal problems, employment resources, and re-entry needs.
• Delivers programs to aid re-entry into the community.
• Prepares reports such as parole summaries and pre-sentence investigations.
• Manages mail and offender correspondence.
• Develops offender transition plans and coordinates with partners.
