The Vomela Companies, a full-service visual communications provider, seeks a Mail Department Operator to manage outgoing mail, ensure accurate sorting, and maintain proper documentation to support operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience running mailing inserter machines.
• Administrative experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling mail and records.

Responsibilities

• Operate processes for outgoing mail from our facility.
• Read and understand paper and electronic job orders and process jobs according to specifications.
• Be accountable for quality, on-time work.
• Run and coordinate work in the operation of all mailroom equipment.
• Maintain mail machinery in working order, clearing jams in equipment and operating computers.
• Maintain an accurate record of all mail processed and distributed.
• Other duties as assigned.
