Job summary

Amsive LLC is seeking an Operator to manage insert, mail and lettershop production equipment in a standards-driven, team-based environment. This role focuses on setting up, operating, and performing minor maintenance to meet productivity targets while ensuring output quality and USPS compliance.

The position requires 2 years of relevant experience, strong attendance, and English fluency. Spanish-speaking applicants are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience working with high-speed production/manufacturing equipment.
• Mail inserting machine experience strongly preferred.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking required.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operating and minor maintenance of insert equipment.
• Operate machine independently for all types of jobs.
• Maintain throughput/quality to meet standards.
• Ensure proper sorting according to USPS requirements.
• Record output and track job data for time reporting.
