Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English - read, write, understand
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic adjustments to equipment
• Knowledge of standard set ups and operating characteristics of the equipment
• Lifting up to 50 lbs, 4-6 hours; walking/standing 6-7 hours; bending/stooping 2-3 hours

Responsibilities

• Operate high speed machines that insert printed matter into folders or envelopes
• Set up and adjust the machine to operate efficiently
• Oversee and make adjustments as necessary
• Share expertise and help train other employees as assigned
• Carry out other responsibilities as delegated by management in alignment with evolving business needs
