Responsibilities include operating mailing equipment, delivering administrative supplies, and assisting customers at service windows, with emphasis on accuracy and timely processing in a professional environment.

Formación

• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Collect mail from various mail stops and deliver to offices.
• Open, date stamp and sort incoming mail by department.
• Deliver mail using a pushing mail cart to different offices.
• Meter outgoing mail using mailing machines.
• Assist SSA employees in preparing materials for mailing.
• Maintain attendance and follow safety regulations.
