Job summary

Midstates Printing is seeking a mailing preparation specialist to support the mailing department’s growth and profitability by efficient operations, strong time/resource management, and high levels of customer service.

You will oversee logistics for list preparation, issuing postal documentation, and billing while ensuring compliance with postal regulations and collaborating with the sales team to educate clients and pursue new mailing leads.

Qualifications

• Excellent decision making and communication skills.
• Strong computer operation skills and familiarity with mailing systems.
• Extensive knowledge of postal regulations and printing/mailing processes.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics for list preparation, importing, presorting and output formatted files and postal documentation.
• Handle billing, purchase orders, and job tickets.
• Educate customers and sales staff on benefits of mailing with Quality Quick Print/Midstates Printing.
• Pursue mailing leads and develop training, sales, and marketing materials.
• Ensure printing specs meet postal regulations and stay updated on regulations.
