Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service or operations experience.
• Familiarity with USPS and commercial carrier processes preferred.
• Experience with mailroom equipment (postage meters, barcode scanners) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all mail and shipping related services and activities.
• Pick up and deliver customer packages and mail onsite.
• Operate and maintain mail processing equipment.
• Inform customers about shipping methods, routes and rates.
• Log receipt and release of packages using tracking systems.
• Assist with fulfillment tasks and office setup.
