Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or operations experience
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software applications quickly
• Familiarity with USPS and commercial carrier processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all mail and shipping related services and activities
• Pick-up and deliver mail and packages within the onsite area
• Operate and maintain mail processing equipment (mail meter) for outbound mail
• Provide customer service by informing customers of products, services, routes and rates
• Log receipt and release of packages using tracking systems
• Assist with fulfillment tasks such as furniture or conference room setup
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding status or feasibility of service requests
