Job summary

Amerisure Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Mail & Printing Services Operator for an onsite role in Farmington Hills, MI. You will process mail and print jobs, operate mail equipment, receive and ship items, and support daily workflows from 7:15am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (associates preferred) and 2 years of mail/print experience, plus proficient Microsoft Office skills and strong organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Associates preferred.
• 2 years mail service and/or print shop experience.
• Operation of mail and inserter equipment preferred.
• Mechanical ability including diagnostics and simple repairs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate programmable multi-station machines to prepare materials.
• Handle mail services including distribution and shipping with carriers.
• Process print production orders and ensure copy quality.
• Digitize and scan mail to departments and individuals.
• Support department objectives; manage overflow calls and supplies.
• Collaborate with departments to align requests with best practices.
• Arrange for equipment service and preventative maintenance.
