Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Active Pharmacy license for state applying prior to start date.
• Experience in an administrative and/or customer service environment; contact center/patient services with pharmacy, billing, insurance processing or related tasks.
• Knowledge of telephonic skills for data collection and information sharing; aligns with Martin’s Point values.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient and external customer requests via phone with First Call Resolution.
• Coordinate with on-site staff to process requests.
• Ensure messages and patient information are accurate and complete.
• Provide a positive patient experience through thorough information collection and retention of current patients.
• Serve as a resource to patients and the Mail Order Pharmacy team.
• Follow mail order processes for refills, order follow-through/tracking, and data gaps.
• Track and follow up on work requests with supervisory support.
• Participate in process improvement activities and daily huddles to improve workflows.
