Job summary

Martin's Point Health Care Inc. seeks a Call Center Pharmacy Technician to support the Mail Order Pharmacy team in Maine. You will respond to patient and external requests by phone, coordinate with staff, and ensure accurate data while maintaining a positive patient experience.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, a state pharmacy license, and experience in admin or customer service within a pharmacy, billing, or insurance context; weekend/evening availability may be required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Active Pharmacy license for the state applying prior to start date.
• Experience in an administrative and/or customer service environment.
• Experience in a contact center or patient services environment with pharmacy, billing, insurance processing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient and external customer requests via incoming phone calls with First Call Resolution.
• Coordinate with on-site staff to process requests and ensure accurate messages and data.
• Maintain a positive patient experience through thorough information collection and retention of current patients.
• Serve as a resource to patients and the Mail Order Pharmacy team.
• Participate in process improvement activities and daily huddles to improve workflows.
