Responsibilities include monitoring performance, scheduling staff, approving operations, and driving continuous improvement in quality and productivity within a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Transferable mechanical or technical skills required.
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer skills.
• Thorough knowledge of mail services processes and related equipment.
• Strong leadership and quality decision‑making ability.
• Ability to take direction and communicate with the Plant Manager.
• Training and supervising staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality leadership and create a motivating climate for the team.
• Analyze facts, solve problems, and make timely decisions.
• Assist Plant Manager by ensuring QA policies are followed.
• Monitor performance, production capability, and labor costs.
• Schedule services staff daily to meet production demands.
• Approve MS operators before starting new jobs during shifts.
• Take corrective action to maximize performance.
• Assist staff with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Report mechanical problems to support personnel and Plant Manager.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
