Job summary

Moore Digital Print and Mail Center, Tulsa is seeking an Expeditor to ensure a smooth transition of mail from the Tulsa plant into the USPS mail stream. The role involves inventory control, tracking, staging pallets, and coordinating with drivers and vendors to meet dispatch deadlines.

Responsibilities include creating BOLs, managing outbound loads, checking in drivers, and maintaining MTE inventory. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous mail processing or mail shop experience is a plus.
• Previous dock experience is a plus.
• Forklift Experience and Power Jack Experience desired (Company will certify).

Responsibilities

• Staging/stacking pallets to create all outbound loads.
• Drive for Moore Digital Print and Mail Center, Tulsa when needed.
• Create BOLs following vendor instructions.
• Create outbound loads and stage for dispatch.
• Check in drivers and confirm load information/destination.
• Load trucks and release drivers for dispatch.
• Report inventory on hand before Wednesday each week.
• Pull all MTE generated by UP that has been correctly prepped and wrapped and disburse to either the mailshop or USPS.
• Use yard dog and trailers in the yard to rotate stock based on plant needs.
• Responsible for trips to Tulsa P&DC to enter mail/acquire MTE.
• Certified DOT will take finalized pallets of mail to the Tulsa P&DC daily.
• Drivers will need to take any full-rate mailings to the BMEU area at the Tulsa P&DC for entry.
• Drivers will pick up any additional MTE needed by the mail shop from the P&DC.
