State Fund is seeking a Mail Operations Supervisor to lead Vacaville Mail Operations and Legal Local Mail, ensuring secure, accurate, and timely mail processing. You will supervise frontline staff, delegate tasks, and monitor service levels while operating high-speed mail equipment and maintaining quality controls.

Ideal candidates will have experience leading teams, analyzing workflows, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline supervisory leadership for Vacaville Mail Operations and Legal Local Mail; ensure secure, accurate, timely processing of mail
• Lead onsite employees; delegate daily/weekly tasks; ensure service levels are met
• Operate high-speed inserters and mail equipment; oversee outgoing shipments
• Maintain quality control procedures and secure mailroom access; log shipments
• Ensure compliance with USPS policies; reduce operational costs where possible
• Monitor production and present weekly metrics to management
