You will operate mail equipment, enforce USPS policies, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives while maintaining secure mailroom operations and reliable daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline supervisory leadership for Vacaville Mail Operations and Legal Local Mail.
• Lead onsite employees, set expectations, delegate tasks, ensure SLAs.
• Operate high-speed inserters and mail equipment.
• Maintain quality control, secure mailroom access, and shipment logging.
• Comply with USPS policies, reduce costs, complete end-of-day checklists.
• Maintain infrastructure supporting Vacaville Mail Operations and Legal Local Mail.
• Monitor production and present weekly metrics to management.
