Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Client Services Associate in Lowell, MA to help keep mail, shipments, and office operations running smoothly. You will handle inbound/outbound mail, print services, and workplace coordination to ensure teams have what they need for productivity.

The role emphasizes hands-on organization, independent work, and strong communication with internal customers. The position is on-site with standard hours and occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with handheld scanners, pallet jacks, or carts (preferred).
• Ability to work assigned hours, including occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute inbound mail and packages.
• Process outgoing shipments and maintain records using postage/shipping systems.
• Support basic print and document requests; copier upkeep.
• Monitor and replenish paper and office supplies in copy/mail areas.
• Coordinate meeting room setups and office moves as needed.
• Follow safety, security, and company procedures; perform additional tasks as assigned.
