InfoSend Inc. in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Mail Insert Operator to join our Production team. You will learn to operate high-speed mailing equipment, prepare customer mailings, and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

New to the industry? That’s okay. We’re happy to train dependable, eager learners who take pride in doing quality work. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 12:30pm–9:00pm with pay plus quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate high-speed Bell and Howell and Pitney Bowes inserting equipment.
• Prepare customer mail projects for insertion and fulfillment.
• Follow job instructions to ensure correct materials, counts, and setup.
• Perform quality checks throughout production.
• Sort, tray, and prepare completed mail according to USPS requirements.
• Monitor equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Assist with other production activities and cross-training as needed.

Pay: $17.50 - $22.50 per hour + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities

No previous machine experience required. Training provided.
