Job summary

InfoSend Inc. in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Mail Insert Operator to join our Production team. You will learn to operate high-speed mailing equipment, prepare customer mailings, and perform quality checks to ensure timely, accurate completion.

No prior machine experience is required; training is provided. This role offers an evening schedule (Mon–Fri, 1:00pm–9:30pm) with a focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate high-speed Bell and Howell and Pitney Bowes inserting equipment
Prepare customer mail projects for insertion and fulfillment
Follow job instructions to ensure correct materials, counts, and setup
Perform quality checks throughout production
Sort, tray, and prepare completed mail according to USPS requirements
Monitor equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance
Complete required production and quality documentation
Assist with other production activities and cross-training as needed

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00pm – 9:30pm
Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities
