Job summary

InfoSend, Inc. in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Mail Insert Operator to join our Production team. You’ll learn how to operate high-speed mailing equipment, prepare customer mailings, and perform quality checks to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate high-speed Bell and Howell and Pitney Bowes inserting equipment.
• Prepare customer mail projects for insertion and fulfillment.
• Follow job instructions to ensure correct materials, counts, and setup.
• Perform quality checks throughout production.
• Sort, tray, and prepare completed mail according to USPS requirements.
• Monitor equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Assist with other production activities and cross-training as needed.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00pm – 9:30pm

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities
