InfoSend in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Mail Insert Operator to join our production team. You will learn to operate high-speed inserting equipment, prepare customer mailings, and perform quality checks to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

No prior mail or machine experience is required; training will be provided. This entry-level role offers a stable workplace, growth opportunities, and quarterly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate high-speed Bell and Howell and Pitney Bowes inserting equipment
• Prepare customer mail projects for insertion and fulfillment
• Follow job instructions to ensure correct materials, counts, and setup
• Perform quality checks throughout production
• Sort, tray, and prepare completed mail according to USPS requirements
• Monitor equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Assist with other production activities and cross-training as needed
