Westamerica Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Central Services Clerk I to join our Mail Distribution team in California. The role involves handling inter-branch mail, couriers, and daily inbound/outbound items with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

You will operate mailing equipment, scan proofs, and use multiple PC applications while ensuring safety and productivity. The position requires standing most of the day and lifting up to 50 lbs, with 40 hours weekly.

Mansioni

• Sort data bags containing inter-branch envelopes, small boxes and various bags.
• Receive incoming items from FEDEX, UPS, ONTRAC, US mail and couriers throughout the day.
• Pick up/deliver inter-office mail and boxes multiple times a day.
• Look for unscanned items and box checks for retention.
• Scan proof work.
• Work with multiple applications on the PC.
• Operate mailing machines.
