• Resolves customer issues through contact with the branch personnel.
• Maintains records related to stop payments, fraud, and various other functions.
• Tracks overdrawn accounts, sends letters, process paperwork to close accounts when needed within required timeframe.
• Processes the Fraud Report daily.
• Sends checks to the branch when needed within required timeframe.

Weekly Working Hours: 40

Reviews stop suspects for any returns on checks and/or ACH. Resolves customer issues through contact with the branch personnel. Maintains records related to stop payments, fraud, and various other functions. Tracks overdrawn accounts, sends letters, process paperwork to close accounts when needed within required timeframe. Processes the Fraud Report daily. Sends checks to the branch when needed within required timeframe. Reviews checks for signature irregularities and unauthorized signers. Contacts branches to obtain approval for signature expectations and maintains records. Candidate must be able to work in a team environment and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. General clerical and PC experience required.
