Job summary

Blaze Credit Union in Falcon Heights, MN is seeking a Full-time Mailroom/Facilities Clerk to support daily mail processing, interoffice deliveries, and supply management. The role reports to the Director of Member Payments Processing and requires accurate handling of confidential information and multiple tasks.

You will manage USPS mail, courier coordination, postage billing, vendor relationships, and the loading dock.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a mailroom, facilities, or office operations role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail when sorting, distributing, and processing mail and packages.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and distribute interoffice and USPS mail deliveries.
• Oversee courier distribution and courier scheduling.
• Process outgoing mail and manage postage billing.
• Review invoices and maintain postage meter equipment.
• Manage supply inventory and vendor relationships for internal needs.
• Process returned mail and coordinate with departments.
• Coordinate loading dock deliveries and the lobby queue.
• Adhere to applicable laws and maintain regular attendance.
